เป้ขนาดใหญ่ทำหน้าที่แบกรับน้ำหนัก และปริมาณสัมภาระจำนวนมาก จำเป็นต้องมีการออกแบบมาเป็นอย่างดี

Baltaro และ Deva ถือเป็นรุ่นใหญ่ พี่ใหญ่ในตระกูล Backpack ของ Gregory

การออกแบบจึงถูกดูแลเป็นพิเศษ โดยเฉพาะการที่รองรับภาระหนักอย่าเช่น โครงเป้ ระบบหลัง  ระบบการกระจายน้ำหนัก ความแข็งแรง ความกระชับ รวมไปถึงต้องมีความสะดวกในการใช้งาน

แม้จะน้ำหนักจะดูว่าหนักกว่าหลายๆรุ่น แต่ด้วยระบบหลังที่จำเป็นต้องทำมาให้เหมาะกับการแบกได้หนักๆ

จึงทำให้เพิ่มระบบที่ดี ที่ตามมาด้วยน้ำหนัก แต่เมื่อแบกขึ้นหลังแล้ว การกระจายน้ำหนักที่ดีจะทำให้ไม่รู้สึกว่ากำลังแบกของหนักๆอยู่

ในรุ่น FF มีการปรับเปลี่ยนจากเวอร์ชั่นเดิม (V3) ให้มีระบบโครงหลังที่ซัพพอร์ต และระบายอกากาศได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

มีความคล่องตัวในการปรับให้พอดีกับหลัง และสะโพก

เพิ่มลูกเล่นในการเชื่อมต่อกับเป้รุ่น Nano 14 ที่ใช้เป็น Day Pack ระหว่างเดินทาง

แผ่นรองด้านหลัง AirCushion ทำจากตาข่ายที่มีโครงสร้างแบบ 3 มิติ
